This shot blasting machine is mainly used for cleaning the surface of box beams and steel structures. The blasting is used to remove the rust, dirt, oxide scale, etc. on the surface of the steel structure. The shot blasting can also eliminate the internal stress of the steel structure while welding. Steel plays a strengthening role, improves the fatigue resistance of components, increases the adhesion of paint on the surface of components, and finally achieves the purpose of improving the surface and internal quality of steel.
The machine has reasonable configuration, simple and reliable structure, and good cleaning effect. For example, 12 welding heads can be used to clean large welding parts, structural parts, and profiles. For small workpieces, only 3 to 6 polishing heads can be cleaned.
